The paper vendor Mr.Vadivelu handed over Rs.13,500/= as sale proceeds of the News Paper today. I have deposited this money at the Corporation Bank account: Little World(Regd), Account No: CLSB 30039. Please find attached to this mail the scanned version of the  bank's counterfoil for your official records. I shall handover the original to mr.Krishnan.

Thanks to all the volunteers who made today's event possible. And a special thanks to the kids who supported this event with so much enthusiasm.

A total of 1779  Kgs was collected from all the buildings. At 8 Rs a Kg, it comes to 14232 Rs.
Food expenses towards guides who helped the volunteers = 700.00
So, funds payable to  LW from this collection is = 14232.00 minus 700.00 = 13532.00
Vadivel has promised to give this to Mr Govindaraju White House, at the earliest

Am looking for replies from group members at the earliest. Fewer volunteers will lead to volunteers getting stressed out since they have to visit more apartments, which we are trying to avoid.
 
I can do the morning shift.  We need some for the morning shift and some for the afternoon shifts.

Dear Mr.Gopal,
I am glad to hear that Little World has received 80(G) certification on a permanent basis. Hither to we had to apply periodically for renewal & lot of follow up & waiting was required to get the certification. But for your efforts, this would not have been possible. One Mr.Prabhu has handed over Rs.13,200/= towards the 1200 kgs of news paper bought by him @ Rs.11/- per kg.  I have deposited this money at Corporation Bank, R.T.Nagar Branch, to Little World's A/c CLSB 30039. 
Mr.Vadivelu (Paper vendor) has also deposited Rs. 5400/= to the same account at the  Bank & has handed over the counterfoil. I am attaching herewith the scanned version of the two counterfoils & shall handover the originals at Mr.Krishnan's Place. Kindly collect the same for your official records. Of course, as you have stated the cash donations are with you to be deposited to the Bank.
Hence Summing up, the total collections:

Cash received from Mr.Prabhu,................Rs. 13,200/=
Cash deposited by  Mr.Vadivelu...............Rs.5,400/=
Cash donations with Mr.Gopal.................Rs.1,500/=
