Dear Friends,
It was suggested that we can organise paper collection on 25th.Nov'12. Mrs.Aparna, volunteer from White house (Who helped us in last Paper collection work called me that there were many calls from residents reminding about the date for collection.I request all the wellwishers of Little World who wish to volunteer for this  collection on 25th.Nov. may immediately send confirmation about their availbility to Mr.PRASENAN, (E-Mail:vprasenan@hotmail.com <mailto:vprasenan@hotmail.com> ) so that a notice can be put up by the undersigned at White House. Matter extreme urgent.
P.S. The undersigned is unable to join this month for paper collection since I have to perform my father's Annual ceremony on that day.

Mrs.Aparna wanted to meet Mr.Prasenan/Mr.Gopal on 25th.Nov Morning at the Gate to discuss whether we can increase the frequency of Paper collection since she is of the opinion she can mobilise some more volunteers for this work. You may kindly discuss this prior to starting of the paper collection. If 25th.is <http://25th.is/>  confirmed pl. let me know urgently so that I can organise for the display on the Notice Boards.

Hi Manish,

Is there a collection planned on the 13-14th Oct weekend?
During last collection we noticed that many people find it difficult to store paper beyond a month, so they had just given it away the previous week. Also, as holidays are starting many houses will be locked if we go during 3rd week.
Please check with the concerned people if we can plan a collection drive on the second weekend if not already planned.

Our paltan of volunteers will be ready.

Regards,
Aparna

Fw: Our Ganesha's plight (or flight)

My dear Shri Kushalappa,
I really agree with the Mr.Srikant's comment.
Many thanks for your kind immediate action in resolving this problem which was pending for quite a few years. If it is not out of the way ,would it be possible for our maintenance dept. to touch up the damaged wall (which was hither to subjected to this shower & has become greenish) with a matching paint? Here are some pictures of our Happy Ganesha taken this evening.
Many thanks to all our esteemed friends who supported this to happen.

Despite the fact you have presented the situation in a humorous manner, the message is sound and clear. There are enough in White house who will contribute to this cause. I am willing to join you in the appeal process.

Dear All,
WHA has many sub committees for resolving various issues. One such committee is for resolving "SEAPAGE" issues. I noticed a problem connected with leakge & met the Hon'ble member of the SEAPAGE committee.
Here is the Conversation:

Myself:  Sir, I have an issue with SEAPAGE. Can you kindly tell me what is the procedure for getting the issue solved?

Hon'ble Member: The aggrieved party has to give a letter in writing to the WHA & in turn it will be forwarded to the Sub-committee.We will inspect the spot & give our study report to the WHA. It is upto WHA to proceed further.

Myself: Sir, The issue which I am refering to, is the continuous shower of water leakges (Ganesha corrects me that it is not water, but Sewage water)  from a bunch of drain pipes on the Northern side of E-2 building facing our Ganesha shrine causing nuisance to devotees who go for "PRADAKSHINA" around the deity. Deity himself has been exposed to this since 24X7X12X8 years.

Hon'ble Member:  Oh!.. you are refering to the old issue which has been there for quite some years.......

Myself:  Yes Sir,  You are very much correct.  In this case, the aggrieved party is 'Lord Ganesha'.  So you suggest that he should give a complaint in writing to WHA?.

Hon'ble Member:  Yes that is the normal procedure. If he can not, you can write the complaint & hand it over to WHA. Through official channel it will come to me for my inspection report. There after you need to follow up with WHA. I hope your doubts are now cleared?

Myself: Thank you sir for enlightening me on this.....I have a small doubt. What happens  in the present case where Lord Ganesha has not paid the quarterly Maintenance charges?
Will WHA attend to this?

Hon'ble Member: That is the main reason why WHA has left this issue un-attended! ... Are you now clear?

Can WHA do something urgently?
Thanks,
C.V.Govinda Raju
